2026 Spirit of America Bike & Car Show

By entering our Bike & Car Show, you help support veterans and make their participation in the

Veterans Honor Flight of ND/MN possible. Show proceeds, raffle ticket sales, donations,

sponsorships, and vendor contributions directly aid this cause. Thank you for helping us

continue to support our veterans.

Vehicle registration fees: Bike $40.00 per 10'x10' space. Car/Truck $50.00 per 10'x 20' space. Entry fees are non-refundable.

One vehicle per space: Spaces are assigned based on entry form order, vehicle make, model, color, and required

photos. If your vehicle, trailer, or display doesn't fit in one space, you must buy additional space(s).

Groups: To request neighboring exhibits, indicate your preference on the pre-registration form. Requests are not

guaranteed.

Participant Wristbands: Registered entrants will receive ONLY two wristbands per space for admission to the

RRVM Spirit of America Bike & Car Show. You MUST wear your wristbands the entire weekend of the show.

Electricity: To request electricity for your vehicle display, register and pay the $45 fee by April 1, 2026.

Set-up and Teardown: Set-up is allowed only on Friday, May 1, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. No set-up Saturday

morning. Exhibits cannot be dismantled until after the awards ceremony ends at 4:00 p.m.

SHOW HOURS: Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 9 am to 7 pm. Sunday, May 3, 2026, from 10 am to 4 pm (awards).

Show Admission: Veterans are free. $10.00 for adults. Children 12 & under are admitted free with paying adults.

May 2 & 3, 2026 Bike & Car Waiver

You will be asked to sign this form at the check-in table. The signee releases the RRVM, the Alerus Event Center, City of Grand Forks/Events Center Commission from any responsibility for any damage incurred during this event.

The Red River Valley Motorcyclists (RRVM), the Alerus Event Center, City of Grand Forks/Events Center Commission shall not be responsible for any loss or damage:

* Including, but not limited to, dents and scratches to all or any part of the exhibitor’s display and/or vehicle for the duration of the show (i.e., show set-up, exhibition, and tear-down).

* Security is provided at all times during the weekend of the show.

* The owner is responsible for any and all insurance on his/her vehicle.

* To comply with fire regulations; the owner states:

* Motorcycle gas tank is no more than ¼ full of fuel.

* Car gas tank less than 1/2 full of fuel.

* Car batteries; if you have a quick disconnect, please use it.

Note: you will be required to sign this waiver form at the Check-In Table when registering on May 1, 2026, between 12-8pm.
